Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 12, 2026

1. Introduction and Scope

Welcome to LudicCraft. We are committed to protecting your privacy and your personal data. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information.

This policy applies to all LudicCraft mobile applications published on Google Play, as well as to this website. It describes what each of our applications does with the data that goes through it; section 4 sorts it by the categories of the Google Play "Data safety" section.

As of the date above, those applications are:

  • Brickwave: Roguelike Breaker
  • Chromory · Color Memory
  • Clear Path: Arrow Puzzle
  • Crossword Solver & Word Finder

Our applications do not all behave identically. A few of them offer an online leaderboard or online play, reminders, or an in-app purchase, and this policy says so explicitly wherever that is the case. Where a section applies to some applications only, it names them. One application, Marmotta, contains no advertising and no analytics, and we collect no data through it; its optional in-app purchases are handled by Google Play. The sections below name it wherever that matters.

Some applications also have a policy of their own, which describes them alone and prevails for them:

  • Marmotta: Mountain Brawler
  • Chromory · Color Memory
  • Crossword Solver & Word Finder
  • Odd One In: Brain Memory Game
  • Motrix : Mot Caché 4-8 Lettres

By using our applications, you accept the practices described in this privacy policy. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our applications.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information Provided Voluntarily

None of our applications asks for your real identity, and none requires you to create an account with a password. The information you may provide directly is:

  • A nickname, in the three applications that have an online leaderboard or online play. It is stored on our behalf by Google Cloud Firestore and is not linked to your real identity, but what is sent differs from one application to the next (details in section 7): Memory Heist asks for a nickname before the first game and sends, at the end of every game, that nickname, the score, the level reached and the date; Reflex Master suggests you pick one and sends nothing as long as you have none — but once you have one, every finished game (except endless mode) sends the nickname, the score and an identifier drawn at random at installation; Gomoku XXL creates nothing when it starts: an anonymous Firebase account and an online profile are created the first time you open its multiplayer lobby or its leaderboard, under a generated name ("Joueur_" followed by six characters), or when you tap "Sign in" on its Profile screen, under the nickname you enter then; the nickname you choose on that screen later replaces the name.
  • Photos you pick or take yourself, in Pixmory, whose game can be played with your own images, in Distance Measure Pro, Fence Calculator + GPS Measure, Landscaping Calc + GPS Measure, Seed & Fertilizer Calc + GPS, Batwara: Land Split Calculator and Lawn Size Calculator + GPS, where you can add photos to your measurements, and in Car Log: Fuel, Service & Costs, where you can attach a photo of a receipt to a log entry. They are picked with the system picker, or taken by your device's Camera app, at your request. The application keeps a copy in its private storage, on your device; they are never uploaded, to us or to anyone else, and only leave your device through a share or an export you start yourself.
  • The readings of your Bluetooth sensors, in GPX Atlas and only if you pair one (heart rate strap, cadence, speed or power sensor): heart rate, cadence and power are read while you follow or record a track, shown, and written into the track you record. They stay on your device and only leave it through a share you start yourself.
  • The track files you open yourself, in GPX Atlas (GPX, KML, KMZ, LOC, TCX or GeoJSON), through the system file picker or "Open with". The application asks for no permission on your storage: it reads only the file you hand it, copies it into its private storage, and that copy stays on your device. It is never uploaded to us or to anyone else, and leaves your device only through a share you start yourself from the Android share sheet.
  • Your email address and the content of your message, when you contact our support team or submit a data deletion request

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

The following data is collected automatically by the Google SDKs integrated into our applications:

  • Advertising ID (Android Advertising ID), used by Google AdMob to display advertisements and limit their repetition
  • Crash and diagnostic data (error reports, device model, Android version, memory available at the time of the crash)
  • Application usage data (screens viewed, features used, session duration), through the analytics of the applications that embed it, and only as the consent decision allows (see section 4)
  • Technical device information (model, operating system version, language) and IP address, used by the advertising and analytics services to secure requests and to estimate an approximate region (country/city level)
  • A registration token (Firebase Cloud Messaging), in Reflex Master only: the SDK, built into the application, creates one when it starts. It identifies the installation, not you. We send no push notifications: Reflex Master's reminders are local (see below).

Marmotta embeds none of these SDKs: it contains no advertising and no analytics, and we collect no data through it. Its settings, your progress and the list of items you have bought stay on your device, and the application never connects to a server of ours: Marmotta has none. Its optional in-app purchases and its rating prompt go through the Google Play Store app on your device (see "In-app purchases" and "Rating prompt" in section 4).

Local reminders. Several applications show reminders that are scheduled and displayed by your own device: no token is created for them, nothing is sent to us or to Google, and no server is involved. They are not all off by default:

  • Numina, Mnemonia, Deducix and Full Measure can remind you every day that their daily challenge is waiting; Mnemonia and Deducix can also warn you, on the evening of a day you have not played, that your streak is about to end. These reminders are off until you turn them on.
  • Lexiverse can remind you, around 7 pm, that the daily challenge is waiting or that your streak is in danger — at most once a day, and not if today's challenge is already done. This reminder is off when you install the app; after your first daily-challenge win, the application asks Android for permission to show notifications and turns it on if permission is granted (on Android versions before 13, which do not ask that question, it is then turned on directly).
  • Reflex Master reminds you every evening, around 7 pm, to keep your streak going. This reminder is on by default: Android asks you for permission to show notifications at the first reminder.
  • Lawn Size Calculator + GPS, if you set up a lawn care calendar, reminds you in the morning of each upcoming step; each step has its own reminder, on by default, which you can turn off.
  • Car Log: Fuel, Service & Costs warns you when a service reaches the due date or mileage you set on a log entry: this reminder only exists for the due dates you enter.
  • Mileage Log: Trips & Tax can remind you every day, at the time you choose (6 pm by default), that no trip has been recorded yet; this reminder is off until you turn it on.
  • The eight measuring applications (Distance Measure Pro, Fence Calculator, Landscaping Calc, Seed & Fertilizer Calc, Batwara, Lawn Size Calculator, Mileage Log and Car Log) show, during a measurement or a trip, a notification reminding you that the measurement is still running if your position has not moved for about ten minutes. This reminder comes with every running measurement and has no setting.

Apart from the measurement reminder, and Car Log's, which follow the due dates you enter, each can be turned off in the application, which stops it immediately. In every case, you can also turn off an application's notifications in Android's settings.

A few applications contact third parties other than Google, for features that cannot work offline. In every case the request carries your IP address, as any web request does, and nothing else about you:

  • Distance Measure Pro and Fence Calculator + GPS Measure, Landscaping Calc + GPS Measure, Seed & Fertilizer Calc + GPS, Batwara: Land Split Calculator, Lawn Size Calculator + GPS, Mileage Log: Trips & Tax and Car Log: Fuel, Service & Costs, which share the same measuring engine, load their map background from OpenStreetMap. The first six also load it from Esri if you switch to the satellite view, and from OpenTopoMap if you switch to the topographic view; Mileage Log and Car Log only show the OpenStreetMap street map, and offer no satellite view, no topographic view and no address search. Requesting a map tile reveals the area you are looking at to the tile provider. Map requests (tiles, and in the satellite view the list of imagery years and the picture date) also carry an identifier of the application, its User-Agent: the package name of each of the eight applications, its own. In the satellite view the app also asks Esri when the picture was taken, so it can show you its date: that request carries the centre of the map you are looking at, rounded to about a kilometre, and nothing else. If you pick an earlier imagery year, the archive tiles come from Esri's Wayback service, and the list of available years is fetched from an Esri configuration file once a week. If you use the address search, the text you type is sent to the OpenStreetMap Foundation's geocoding service (Nominatim) to find the place — only when you submit the search, with no GPS position and no identifier attached. Your GPS track itself is stored on your device and is never sent anywhere — only you can export it.
  • GPX Atlas loads its map background from OpenStreetMap, from Esri World Imagery if you switch to the satellite view, and from OpenTopoMap if you switch to the topographic view. A tile request carries your IP address and an identifier of the application (its User-Agent) — never your GPS position and never the content of your files — but, as with any online map, asking for a tile reveals the area being displayed to the tile provider. Displayed tiles are kept on your device for a while, as a web browser would. If you use the place search, the text you type (and only that text, never your position) is sent to the OpenStreetMap Foundation's geocoding service, Nominatim. If you ask for the terrain elevation of a track, or open a marked trail (which has no elevation), elevation tiles (squares of about 10 km around the track, never your position) are fetched from the AWS Open Data terrain tiles (Mapzen Terrarium). If you add a custom map source or open a file from a web address, your device contacts the address you entered, under that site's own terms. If you pick a background from the app's map catalogue, the tiles of the area on screen are requested from that map's publisher, and only from it: IGN France (data.geopf.fr), swisstopo (wmts.geo.admin.ch), basemap.at (mapsneu.wien.gv.at), IGN España (www.ign.es), Kartverket (cache.kartverket.no), PDOK (service.pdok.nl), USGS (basemap.nationalmap.gov), the Geospatial Information Authority of Japan (cyberjapandata.gsi.go.jp) or CyclOSM, hosted by OpenStreetMap France (tile-cyclosm.openstreetmap.fr); only at your request, tiles from IGN France, USGS and basemap.at, whose terms allow it, can be kept on your device for offline use, in areas you choose or along a track, the others never. An MBTiles map you open is read on your device, without the network. If you draw a route with “Follow paths”, the coordinates of the points you place on the map and the chosen profile (hiking, cycling…), and only those, never your position, are sent to OpenRouteService (HeiGIT gGmbH, Heidelberg), which returns the path. Two features read files that we prepare from OpenStreetMap data (© OpenStreetMap contributors, ODbL) and host with Cloudflare: “Marked trails” requests the list of routes for the squares of about 55 km of the area on screen, then the route you pick (trails.ludiccraft.com); an area of the “OpenStreetMap (world)” map that you download is read in pieces from our world map (tiles.ludiccraft.com). These requests only carry square or route numbers or byte ranges, never your position, no identifier and no cookie; we keep no log of them, and Cloudflare processes the IP address of the connection under its own policy. GPX Atlas talks to no other third party: the tracks you open or record are stored on your device and are never sent anywhere — only you can share them.
  • Univert fetches daily exchange rates from open.er-api.com. The request contains no data about you, not even which currency you are converting.

2.3 Information We Do Not Collect

To remove any ambiguity, none of our applications collects:

  • No password — no application has one
  • No real name, postal address, or phone number
  • No contacts, calendar, SMS, or call logs
  • No microphone access. No application requests the camera permission either: when Pixmory, Car Log or a measuring application offers to take a photo, it is your device's Camera app that opens, takes the photo and hands it back (see section 2.1)
  • No health, biometric, or bank card data
  • No cloud save account: your progress, scores and settings live on your device (your Android device's own Google backup may include them — see section 7), except for the scores, profile and online games described in section 7

Several points deserve a precise answer rather than a blanket "no", because they are true of some applications and not others:

  • Precise (GPS) location — read only by Distance Measure Pro and Fence Calculator + GPS Measure, Landscaping Calc + GPS Measure, Seed & Fertilizer Calc + GPS, Batwara: Land Split Calculator, Lawn Size Calculator + GPS, Mileage Log: Trips & Tax and Car Log: Fuel, Service & Costs, which exist to measure distances and areas, and only during a measurement or a trip, while placing a point, or when you ask them to show your position on the map; and by GPX Atlas, only while you ask it to follow a track or to record your own. If you keep GPX Atlas recording with the screen off, that is done by an Android foreground service, signalled by a permanent notification, never by a background location permission (the application does not request one). In every case the position is processed on your device and never transmitted: the track stays on your device.
  • Bluetooth — used only by GPX Atlas, to find and connect the sports sensors you pair yourself. Scanning is declared as never used for location; on Android 11 and earlier, the system still requires the location permission to scan for Bluetooth devices.
  • Your files — read only by GPX Atlas, and only the track files you open yourself through the system file picker or "Open with" (see section 2.1), and by the eight measuring applications, and only the files you hand them through the system picker: a backup of the application to restore, a GPX or KML track, or a file of measurements or expenses to import. None of these applications asks for any permission on your storage. What they take from them, like the tracks you record, is kept in their private storage, on your device, and leaves it only through a share or an export you start yourself.
  • Your photos — read only by Pixmory and by the measuring applications (all but Mileage Log, which takes none), from the images you pick or take yourself (see section 2.1). They stay on your device.
  • Sign-in — no application offers to sign you in to a Google or Google Play Games account (see section 7). Only Gomoku XXL creates an anonymous Firebase account and an online profile tied to it (see section 7), and only when you use an online feature: the first time you open its multiplayer lobby or its leaderboard, or the "Sign in" button on its Profile screen. It involves no Google account of yours, and asks you for no password.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected in order to:

  • Provide our services: Enable the operation of our applications and their features
  • Improve our applications: Analyze usage and crashes to fix bugs and optimize the user experience
  • Communication: Respond to your support requests and to the exercise of your rights
  • Advertising: Display advertisements that fund our free applications (in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, personalized only with your consent — see section 6)
  • Security: Detect and prevent fraud and abuse
  • Legal obligations: Comply with our legal and regulatory obligations

4. Correspondence with the Google Play "Data Safety" Section

The list below describes what our applications actually collect, sorted by the categories of the Google Play "Data safety" form. The first four items apply to every application, because every application is ad-supported; the ones after that apply only to the applications they name. Marmotta is the exception: it contains no advertising and collects no data, so none of the items below applies to it; its purchases are described under "In-app purchases" below.

Data collected — all our applications

  • Device or other IDs: collected and shared with Google AdMob (Android Advertising ID and App Set ID). Purpose: advertising, analytics and fraud prevention. Not linked to your identity.
  • App activity — App interactions: collected and shared with Google AdMob, and processed by Google Analytics for Firebase where that SDK is present. Purpose: advertising, analytics and application improvement.
  • App info and performance — Diagnostics: collected and shared. Purpose: advertising, analytics and fraud prevention.
  • Location — Approximate location: derived from your IP address by the advertising and analytics services, and shared with them. Region level, never a street address.

Data collected — specific applications

  • Personal info — Name: the nickname sent to the online leaderboard or online play (see section 7), in Memory Heist, where it is asked for before the first game and sent at the end of each one, Reflex Master, where it is optional and nothing is sent without it, and Gomoku XXL, where a generated name stands in for it until you choose one. Collected, not shared. Purpose: application functionality.
  • Device or other IDs — User ID: what ties a leaderboard entry or a profile to one player: in Reflex Master, an identifier the application draws at random when it is installed; in Gomoku XXL, the identifier of the anonymous Firebase account it creates the first time you use an online feature (multiplayer lobby, leaderboard or "Sign in"). Memory Heist sends no identifier: its leaderboard is keyed by nickname.
  • App info and performance — Crash logs: collected by Firebase Crashlytics in Lexiverse, Mnemonia and Reflex Master. Purpose: application stability.
  • App activity — App interactions (analytics): Google Analytics for Firebase is present in Lexiverse, Memory Heist, Mnemonia, Numina, Pixmory, Reflex Master and Gomoku XXL. It records which screens are opened and which features are used, so we can see what is worth improving. Purpose: analytics. In these seven applications, analytics is off from installation, through an application setting the SDK reads as soon as it starts, before any of the rest of the code, and is only turned on by the same decision as advertising (see section 6): in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, only once you agree in the consent form — a refusal prevents the collection rather than merely de-personalising it —; elsewhere, where no form is required, as soon as Google's consent service has confirmed so. Withdrawing consent from the application's settings turns it off again; in Pixmory, it also erases from your device the analytics data not yet sent and the analytics identifier, and, in the three regions above, analytics there never receives the advertising signals (user data and personalization). In Reflex Master, the analytics option in its settings also turns off the SDK's own collection, including what it records automatically (first open, sessions and their length).
  • Personal info — Email address: collected only if you write to us or submit a deletion request. Purpose: customer support. Optional, never collected inside the application.

In-app purchases. Chromory, Crossword Solver & Word Finder, Deducix, Distance Measure Pro, Fence Calculator + GPS Measure, Landscaping Calc + GPS Measure, Seed & Fertilizer Calc + GPS, Batwara: Land Split Calculator, Lawn Size Calculator + GPS, Mileage Log: Trips & Tax, Car Log: Fuel, Service & Costs, GPX Atlas, Lexiverse, Numina, Picta, Pixmory and Stax offer a paid option that removes advertising. The transaction is handled end to end by Google Play Billing: we never receive or store your payment details, and only learn that the option is active on your device.

Marmotta offers optional in-game items instead, its "Treasures": legendary weapons that can also be earned with flowers in the game, a flower doubler and packs. The purchase itself — payment, receipt, refunds — is handled by Google Play, which processes the data it needs as an independent controller, under the Google Privacy Policy. We receive no personal data and no payment details. On your device, the game asks the Google Play app for the price of its Treasures and for the purchases your account owns, keeps the list of items you have bought on the device, and can ask Google Play for it again after a reinstall ("restore"). Nothing is sent to us, and the application does not connect to any server of ours.

Rating prompt. After a stage you have won, Marmotta may occasionally ask Google Play to show its rating window (the Google Play In-App Review API) — at most once per version of the game and once every 30 days. Google Play, not us, decides whether the window appears. If you leave a rating or a review, you type it into Google Play's own window: it is published on the Play Store under your Google account, like any review, and processed by Google under the Google Privacy Policy. The game receives nothing — not your rating, not your review, not even whether the window was shown. It only keeps, on your device, the date and the game version of its last request.

Health Connect. If you turn the option on in its settings (it is off by default), Distance Measure Pro can record each saved session in Health Connect on your device: a walking activity with its name, its start and end times and its distance. The app reads nothing back, and this data is sent neither to us nor to any third party; it stays under Health Connect's control, where you can revoke the permission or delete it at any time.

Location and files in GPX Atlas. The "Data safety" declaration prepared for GPX Atlas, which is not yet published on Google Play, states that precise location is not collected: your precise position is read only when you ask the application to follow a track or to record your own, is processed on your device, and never leaves it. The same goes for the files you open and the tracks you record: they are stored in the application's private storage and transmitted to no one — only you can share them, through the Android share sheet. GPX Atlas embeds no crash-reporting and no analytics SDK, and our only servers are static files (marked trails and the “OpenStreetMap (world)” map), which receive neither your position nor any identifier. The only data collected through it is what Google AdMob collects, as for every ad-supported application above (including the approximate location AdMob estimates from your IP address), and the only other network traffic is the map tiles and, if you use them, the place search, the terrain tiles, the route calculation, the marked trails, the areas of the “OpenStreetMap (world)” map, the map sources you add and the web addresses you open, described in section 2.2. The readings of your Bluetooth sensors (heart rate included) are neither collected nor shared: they stay in your tracks, on your device.

Other declarations

  • Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS)
  • You can request the deletion of your data via our data deletion page
  • We do not sell your personal data
  • None of our applications is enrolled in Google Play's "Designed for Families" program (see section 11)

5. Sharing of Your Information

We do not sell your personal data. Your information may be processed by:

  • Google AdMob: display of advertisements (advertising ID and technical data) — Privacy Policy
  • Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, Cloud Firestore, Authentication, Cloud Messaging, Remote Config, depending on the application): usage statistics, crash reports, online leaderboards, profile and games, and Reflex Master's registration token (no notification is sent through it) — Privacy and Security
  • OpenStreetMap Foundation: only in Distance Measure Pro and Fence Calculator + GPS Measure, Landscaping Calc + GPS Measure, Seed & Fertilizer Calc + GPS, Batwara: Land Split Calculator, Lawn Size Calculator + GPS, Mileage Log: Trips & Tax and Car Log: Fuel, Service & Costs, which load its map background from its servers — the first six also send it the text typed into the address search (Nominatim geocoding) —, and in GPX Atlas, which loads its map background from there and sends it the text typed into the place search (Nominatim) — Privacy Policy
  • OpenTopoMap: only in Distance Measure Pro and Fence Calculator + GPS Measure, Landscaping Calc + GPS Measure, Seed & Fertilizer Calc + GPS, Batwara: Land Split Calculator and Lawn Size Calculator + GPS, and in GPX Atlas, which load the topographic tiles from their servers if you enable that view — About and terms
  • Amazon Web Services (AWS Open Data): only in GPX Atlas, and only if you ask for the terrain elevation of a track or open a marked trail: the app downloads the public elevation tiles (Mapzen Terrarium) of the squares of about 10 km the track crosses — Privacy policy
  • OpenRouteService (HeiGIT gGmbH, Heidelberg): only in GPX Atlas, and only if you draw a route with “Follow paths”: the coordinates of the points placed on the map and the chosen profile, never your position — Privacy policy
  • Cloudflare (hosting of our files): only in GPX Atlas, for “Marked trails” (trails.ludiccraft.com) and areas of the “OpenStreetMap (world)” map (tiles.ludiccraft.com): square or route numbers or byte ranges, and the IP address of the connection; we keep no log of these requests — Privacy policy
  • Esri: only in Distance Measure Pro and Fence Calculator + GPS Measure, Landscaping Calc + GPS Measure, Seed & Fertilizer Calc + GPS, Batwara: Land Split Calculator and Lawn Size Calculator + GPS, which load the satellite view tiles, the archive imagery (Wayback) and the picture date from their servers if you enable that view, and in GPX Atlas, which loads the satellite tiles (Esri World Imagery) and the capture date of the image shown (the centre of the view, like the tiles) if you enable that view — Privacy Policy
  • open.er-api.com: only in Univert, which fetches daily exchange rates there. The request carries no data about you.
  • Google Play Billing: for the applications that offer in-app purchases, transactions are handled entirely by Google, as an independent controller. We never receive your payment details — Privacy Policy
  • Legal authorities: If required by law or to protect our rights
  • Business transfer: In the event of a merger or acquisition (with prior notice)

In Marmotta, which contains no advertising, the only service above involved is Google Play Billing: the game asks the Google Play app on your device for the price of its optional Treasures and for the purchases you own, and Google Play handles any purchase you make.

6. Advertising

Our free applications display advertisements provided by Google AdMob, which is our only advertising partner. No other advertising network is integrated into our applications. Marmotta contains no advertising: no advertising SDK is integrated, no consent form is shown, and the advertising ID is never accessed.

  • In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, a consent form (Google UMP) is shown to you before any ad request: on first launch, or, in Mnemonia, from the third session onwards, the application requesting no ads before then. If you refuse that information be stored on or read from your device, the application sends no ad request: refusing prevents advertising instead of merely de-personalizing it — and, in the applications that measure their audience, it also keeps that analytics off (see section 4). If you accept that storage but refuse personalization, the ads are non-personalized.
  • Clear Path: Arrow Puzzle currently shows no consent form at all: its ads are requested without a choice being offered to you, and it has no privacy option in its settings.
  • You can change your choice at any time from the privacy option in the application's settings, offered wherever the choice applies (except in Clear Path).
  • You can also reset or delete your advertising ID from your device settings (Settings › Google › Ads).

7. Play Games Services, Leaderboards and Cloud Save

No application operates a cloud save of its own. Your progress and settings are stored on your device; none of our servers sees them, apart from what the online leaderboards and profile described below send. On Android, your device's own backup service (Android Auto Backup) may include this local data in the backup of your device to your Google account — like your other app data. That backup belongs to you: it is encrypted in your Google account, controlled in your device's system settings (Settings > Google > Backup), and invisible to us. If it is enabled, reinstalling an application or moving to a new phone can restore your progress; if it is disabled, uninstalling deletes everything.

Google Play Games Services is used by none of our applications: no sign-in is offered to you, and nothing is sent to Play Games.

Online leaderboards and online play. Three applications are the exception to "solely on your device". What they send is stored on our behalf by Google Cloud Firestore; nothing in it identifies you as a person, but what is sent, and when, differs from one to the next:

  • Memory Heist asks you for a nickname before your first game. At the end of every game, it sends that nickname, the score, the level reached and the date to the global leaderboard; the entry, keyed by nickname, keeps the best score. No device or installation identifier is sent. The leaderboard, nicknames included, is visible to other players.
  • Reflex Master suggests you pick a nickname, and you can skip: without a nickname, nothing is sent. Once you have one, every finished game (except endless mode) sends to the all-time and weekly leaderboards, which keep only your best result per game, the nickname, the score, the date, and an identifier the application drew at random when it was installed. The leaderboards, nicknames included, are visible to other players.
  • Gomoku XXL creates nothing when it starts, and nothing while you play locally. The first time you open its multiplayer lobby or its leaderboard, or tap "Sign in" on its Profile screen, it creates an anonymous Firebase account and, online, a profile tied to its identifier: a name — generated ("Joueur_" followed by six characters), or the nickname you enter when tapping "Sign in" —, replaced by the nickname you choose on the Profile screen, online game statistics (games, wins, losses, draws, streaks, ranking points, league, experience, level), its creation date and the date you were last seen. No Google account is involved. If you play an online game, the game itself is stored the same way: both players' identifiers and names, the moves played, its state and result, and the invitation code if any; its outcome updates your profile statistics. Your profile's name and statistics are meant to be shown to other players: on the leaderboard, and to your opponent in an online game.

You can ask us to delete a leaderboard entry, or your Gomoku XXL profile, at any time by giving us your nickname, via our data deletion page.

8. Data Retention

  • Support communications: Retained for 3 years after resolution
  • Usage and crash data: Retained by Google for a maximum of 14 months
  • Advertising ID: Not stored by us; handled by Google in accordance with its own policies
  • Game data (progress, scores, settings, in Marmotta the list of items you have bought, and in GPX Atlas the files you open and the tracks you record): Stored on your device only, for as long as the application remains installed
  • Online leaderboards and play (Memory Heist and Reflex Master nicknames and scores, Gomoku XXL profile and online games): Stored on our behalf by Google Cloud Firestore, until you ask us to delete them
  • Purchase records: Retained by Google in accordance with accounting obligations (generally 10 years)

9. Data Security
