Privacy Policy — Marmotta: Mountain Brawler
Last updated: 11 October 2026
1. Scope
This policy covers Marmotta: Mountain Brawler (Android package com.cydu.brawler), published on Google Play by LudicCraft. It describes this app only. Our website and our other apps are covered by the LudicCraft privacy policy.
2. In short
We collect no data through Marmotta: Mountain Brawler. Nothing the app does sends information about you to us, and its Google Play “Data safety” section says “No data collected”.
The app contains:
- no advertising, and it never reads the advertising ID;
- no audience measurement or analytics;
- no crash-reporting service;
- no account, no sign-in and no online leaderboard;
- no connection to any server of ours: we run none for this app.
3. What stays on your device
The app keeps on your device your progress, your settings, the list of items you have bought and the date and game version of its last rating request. None of it is sent to us.
On Android, your device's own backup service (Android Auto Backup) may include this local data in the backup of your device to your Google account, like your other apps' data. That backup is yours: it is encrypted in your Google account, controlled in your device settings (Settings › Google › Backup) and invisible to us. If it is off, uninstalling the app deletes everything.
4. In-app purchases
Marmotta: Mountain Brawler offers optional in-app purchases. The purchase itself — payment, receipt, refund — is handled by Google Play, which processes the data it needs as an independent controller under the Google Privacy Policy. We receive no personal data and no payment information. On your device, the app asks the Google Play app for the prices of its items and for the purchases your account owns, keeps the list of purchased items on the device, and can ask Google Play for it again after a reinstall (“restore”).
5. Rating request
Marmotta: Mountain Brawler may ask Google Play to show its rating window (the Google Play In-App Review API). Google Play, not us, decides whether it appears. If you leave a rating or a review, you type it into Google Play's own window: it is published on the Play Store under your Google account, like any review, and processed by Google under the Google Privacy Policy. The app receives nothing — not your rating, not your review, not even whether the window was shown.
6. Third-party services
The only third party involved is Google Play, for purchases and the rating window, through the Google Play app on your device.
7. Children
Marmotta: Mountain Brawler is not enrolled in Google Play's “Designed for Families” programme and is intended for players aged 13 and over. It collects no personal data from anyone, children included. If you are a parent and believe your child has sent us personal data, for example by writing to us, contact us at contact@ludiccraft.com and we will delete it.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR and similar laws, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to the processing of your personal data, and to withdraw any consent. Since this app sends us nothing, the only personal data we may hold is what you send us yourself, for example an email to our support, which we keep 3 years after it is resolved. To exercise these rights, write to contact@ludiccraft.com or use our data deletion page. You may also complain to your data protection authority (in France, the CNIL).
9. Changes
Any change to what this app does with data is made here and in its Google Play “Data safety” section at the same time, before the version concerned is published. The date at the top of this page shows the current version.
