GPX Atlas: Viewer, Hike & Bike
Open any GPX, KML, KMZ or FIT track on a map, read every climb, follow it on the trail and record your own. No account.
User guide โ
Open any GPX in a tap โ then follow it on the trail.
Someone sends you a route by email, a race publishes its course, a friend shares last weekend's ride: tap the file, choose GPX Atlas, and the track is on the map with its distance, climb, time and elevation profile. GPX, KML, KMZ, FIT, TCX, GeoJSON and zips of tracks open as they are โ even large files on an older phone โ and no "all files" permission is ever asked: the app reads only the file you give it.
On the ground, GPX Atlas shows where you are on the track, the distance and climb left and your arrival time, and vibrates when you leave the path. Record your own hikes and rides with the screen off, draw a route that follows the trails, choose between street, satellite, terrain and official maps โ IGN, USGS, swisstopo and more โ and keep them offline where their publisher allows it. Your tracks and your position stay on your phone: no account, no cloud, no subscription.
